Development Applications Fees

School Site Aquisition Charges

The Regional District collects charges from subdivision applications and multi-family Building Permits for school site acquisition, on behalf of School Districts No. 75 (Mission) and No. 33 (Chilliwack). The applicable charges are excerpted from the relevant School District bylaws below for convenience.

 Development Cost Charges (Electoral Area "D")

There are Development Cost Charges applicable to development in portions of the West Popkum area of Electoral Area "D" for Storm Drainage (Bylaw No. 1074, 1992) and for the Area D Integrated Water System (Bylaw No. 1096, 2011).
