To enhance the quality of life for its residents and visitors, the FVRD has been operating a Mosquito Control Program since the early 1980's.

The FVRD coordinates the program's two components on behalf of its member municipalities, electoral areas and many First Nations in the Upper Fraser Valley:

West Nile Virus Risk Reduction

Required activities are conducted by a professional mosquito control contractor.
