The Fraser Valley Regional District announced the cancellation of Evacuation Alerts following a change in fire activity, effective August 25, 2026, at 3 p.m.
August 24 - EVACUATION ORDER PARTIALLY DOWNGRADED TO ALERT SOUTH OF ALEXANDRA BRIDGE TO SAWMILL CREEK
The Fraser Valley Regional District announced the partial downgrade of the Evacuation Order south of the Alexandra Bridge to Sawmill Creek, effective at 11:30 a.m. August 24, 2026.
August 23 - EVACUATION ALERT RESCIND/CANCELLED FOR ELECTORAL AREA B - SAWMILL CREEK TO DOGWOOD VALLEY
The Fraser Valley Regional District has issued an Evacuation Alert Rescind/Cancelled for Electoral Area B – Sawmill Creek to Dogwood Valley following a change in wildfire activity in the area. The Evacuation Alert was first issued on August 1, 2026.
