  1. Do I need to wear a mask?

    No. Masks are no longer required in public spaces, including recreation facilities. It is up to the individual to decide if they wish to wear a mask or not. 

  2. Is proof of vaccination required?

    No. Proof of vaccination is no longer required to use the facility. 

  3. How can I help keep activities safe?

    • Personal protective measures can be implemented to increase your comfort and safety. Please refer to all current recommendations from health authorities regarding the steps you can take to increase your safety.
    • Personal hygiene measures such as increased handwashing and/or sanitizing are encouraged.
    • If you are sick, stay at home. If you appear to be sick, you will not be allowed entry. This will be strictly enforced, with no exceptions.
  4. Do I still need to register for activities?

    Pre-registration is required for swimming lessons and group fitness classes. You can register by calling 604-869-2304.

  5. How can I book activities?

    • Group fitness classes can be pre-booked by calling our front desk at 604-869-2304
    • Activities may be booked up to 24 hours in advance
  6. When can I book activities?

    • Group fitness class timeslots are released at 8:30 am each day for the next day
    • We encourage participants to book their next time slot as they enter or leave the facility
    • Bookings are first come, first served
  7. Why do I need to pre-book a group fitness activity?

    We have a capacity-based limitation based on floor space:

    • Yoga: 20 participants
    • Forever Fit: 12 participants
    • Fitness Express: 12 participants
  8. Are the hot tub, sauna, and steam room open?

    Yes, these areas are open at full capacity. 

  9. Are the changerooms and showers open?

    Yes, changerooms and showers are open at their regular capacity.

  10. Are lockers available?

    Yes, lockers are open at their regular capacity. Please note that we are not responsible for the safekeeping of items. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  11. Can I sit and watch my child/family swim?

    Yes, the pool deck viewing area is open but space is limited due to capacity requirements and proof of vaccination is required. 

  12. Do I still need to disinfect equipment?

    Yes, please disinfect your equipment before and after use.
