Pay Transparency Report

The Fraser Valley Regional District (FVRD) has prepared a Pay Transparency Report as required under British Columbia's Pay Transparency Act. Information about the legislation, reporting requirements, and the purpose of the report can be found on the Province's Pay Transparency website.

In summary, the Pay Transparency Report looks at several areas of compensation and reports the results across the categories of women, men, non-binary, and unknown/prefer not to say. The report is part of an ongoing provincial initiative that requires annual reporting by employers.

The FVRD's Pay Transparency Report is based on data from the 2025 fiscal year.

The FVRD is committed to maintaining a fair, respectful, and inclusive workplace. As required under the Pay Transparency Act, FVRD job postings include salary information, and the FVRD prepares an annual Pay Transparency Report to support pay equity and transparency in the workplace.
