The purpose of Bylaw 1652 and Bylaw 1653 is to rezone 13088 Sylvester Road from Rural 3 (R-3) to Rural 2 (R-2) and to redesignate the property from Limited Use to Rural to facilitate a two (2) lot subdivision.
