Public Hearing Zoning Bylaw No. 1502, 2018
The purpose of Bylaw 1502, 2018 is to rezone 10304 Agassiz-Rosedale Hwy (Hwy 9) from Country Residential (CR) to Suburban Residential 1 (SBR 1) to facilitate a four (4) lot subdivision. The proposed lots are 0.225 ha (0.55 acres) in size with access from Parkrose Wynd.
Copies of the bylaw and relevant documents can be viewed here or at the FVRD Office, 45950 Cheam Avenue, Chilliwack, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
