Board Adopts Hemlock Valley Official Community Plan

Fraser Valley Regional District adopted the Hemlock Valley Official Community Plan (OCP) at its March 17 Board meeting.

The new OCP sets out a community vision for development for the next 15 to 20 years. 

Stakeholder consultation for the new OCP began in 2017. There was and continues to be a significant collaboration between key stakeholders including Sasquatch Mountain Resort, Sts’ailes First Nation, Mountain Resorts Branch, and Provincial agencies.
