Like many organizations, the Fraser Valley Regional District is facing staffing shortages due to COVID-19. We recognize there may be wait times to process bills and applications due to reduced staff. We are working hard to respond to all the inquiries as quickly as possible, and appreciate your patience.

Our main office at 45950 Cheam Avenue is open for business from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. However, customers who visit the office may experience longer than usual wait times when doing business.

We encourage customers to try our online services to renew or apply for a new dog licence, pay a utility bill or bylaw ticket, or book a building inspection.
