Thacker Regional Park

Thacker Park is an 11-hectare park in Hope near Kawkawa Lake. One of the main attractions of the park is the spawning and rearing channels for coho, pink and chum salmon. Beginning in September in even-numbered years and October in odd-numbered years these salmon return to spawn in the park's spawning channels. A portion of the Trans-Canada Trail also runs through this park.
